Situated a 5-minute drive from Mariehamn city centre, Strandnäs Hotell offers traditionally decorated rooms with a TV and private bathroom. The ferry terminal is 3.5 km away. It was in a great location not too far from train station. You can take tram to hotel or walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Breakfast was great.

Located only 300 metres from the waterfront in central Mariehamn, Hotel Pommern offers WiFi and free private parking on site. Staff was friendly and allowed for guests to stow their luggage in a locked closet before and after checkout so you wouldn't have to carry your luggage with before town departure.

Hotel Arkipelag na vrhunski lokaciji v osrednjem delu Mariehamna in le 50 m od marine ponuja brezplačen brezžični internet ter sobe z zasebnim balkonom in s satelitsko televizijo. We got an unexpected lovely welcome gift for our pet - chewing sticks, she also got a doggy bed and a drinking bowl. Our room had lots of mirrors, a beautiful view of the sea, a balcony, comfy beds, a coffee service, two armchairs, a working desk. The bathroom had a shower AND a bathtub. We got to use the pool and sauna, very clean. Breakfast was good, fruits, juices, breads, cheeses, a choice of eggs, nice! There is a bar with two pool tables in the same building. We went there with my 12 year old son, they even make non-alcoholic cocktails for kids. The hotel has a perfect location for sight seeing, we walked to 3 museums, a waterpark, harbour, and an open air zoo.

Situated in Västansunda, Granlunda Gårdshotell has a garden, shared lounge, BBQ facilities, and free WiFi. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The location is good, very quiet place, peacefull. It is a unique accommodation, we enjoyed our stay. The place is run by the family, lovely couple with 2 daughters. The highlight of the trip for my daughter was seeing the horses and the pony. She gave 5 stars to the accommodation just for that. We surely come to stay again.

Hotel Esplanad is 200 metres from Mariehamn’s main street, Torggatan. It offers simple yet comfortable rooms with cable TV and free parking. We had two rooms facing the hotel interior courtyard, street level. These were dream rooms for persons arriving on the island. The rooms were quiet, clean and simple: nothing too much, but everything essential. Practicality in Åland manner as it's best. Breakfast was good. We fell asleep to the "spring concert" of sea gulls.
